Beautiful, friendly and great place. The view is great and near the lake we discovered beautiful places. The bedroom and the free kitchen was excellent and the personnel very friendly.

I have been travelling to Cong village with my family since I was a child over 30years ago, now I bring my children and they love it. Margaret and Gerry are the most friendly, hardworking and generous people you could meet, they always take time to get to know their guest, they have time and patience with children and despite their enormous work load are always pleasant and friendly. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and good value for money. Cong village is very quaint and picturesque, it offers lots of attractions and Gerry is always willing to give advice on where to go and what to do. I would highly recommend a stay with Margaret and Gerry in Cong Village.

Margaret and Jerry the owners are some of the most gracious people I have ever met. They answered extensive questions about the area, gave me great tips, even called over to make sure the tour wouldn't leave without me. Pristine clean, comfy beds, great bedding, super hot showers. They play the Quiet man movie every night for us movie buffs. I'm in my thirties so I was not looking for a raucous party every night and was glad it was so quiet. It's a couple minutes drive to town or gorgeous Ashford castle. The entire town welcomes you. Honestly, I can't wait to go back! Wifi in common area and may have been in room but I didn't try.

Very nice. Well laid out with great kitchen/dining area. Plenty of car parking. Free Wifi with good reception. Within reasonable walking distance to all major attractions & town of Cong which was beautiful.
